2025 Blanc Grenache Noir $20/bottle
This honey-colored white wine was made from our red Grenache A grapes without crushing and going directly to press. The juice was fermented with two yeast strains, one to produce lactic acid from glucose and the other to convert the remaining glucose to alcohol. The wine was aged in stainless barrels with French oak and acacia wood staves. It is well balanced with crisp acidity and pairs well with cheese and honey.

The elegant Rosé has a light pink color with fresh strawberry and raspberry notes on the nose and palate. The wine was aged in stainless barrels with no oak added. It is well balanced with crisp acidity and is best served chilled and paired with light appetizers and smoked salmon.

Finnigan’s Festa $25/bottle
This non-vintage wine is a unique blend of our velvety 2025 Syrah (47%) and fruity 2024 Grenache (53%). The Grenache was aged for 21 months in stainless steel barrels including 3 months with French oak Stavin staves. The Syrah was aged for 9 months in neutral oak to preserve the fresh fruit in this blend. It will pair well with pasta, fish, and poultry dishes.
